I am about to begin the 21 day fix and meal planning is KEY to any program. I want to clarify that I do NOT work for team beachbody. I am just creating this blog because I am having a hard time finding good recipes for the 21 day fix. Pinterest is a great source, but I am finding a lot of the same recipes. I am going to post recipes and my own menu plans to help others who are doing the program. I will also source where I found the recipe and if I make changes etc. I will only take credit if I created the recipe myself.
